Project Description

Saint-Tropez is a small town on the French Riviera. Several iconic films have been shot in the town and its surroundings, which led to Saint-Tropez becoming a fashionable and expensive resort on the French Riviera.

In Saint-Tropez you will find boutiques for the most luxurious brands in the world as well as expensive hotels and restaurants. There are not many attractions in the area around Saint-Tropez, and the main occupation of the tourists is to relax and enjoy the surrounding luxury. However, it is worth seeing this beautiful town to experience its unusual Mediterranean atmosphere.

The iconic French films that were filmed in and around Saint-Tropez are:

  • And God Created Woman (1956) with Brigitte Bardot, directed by Roger Vadim;
  • The Troops of St. Tropez (1964) with Louis de Funès, directed by Jean Girault.

Just 5 km south of Saint-Tropez is the long, sandy beach called Pampelonne. At its middle stands one of the most famous beach clubs in the world – Club 55. On the other side of the town, to the north, is another town worth visiting – the unique Port Grimaud. It is a private area built at the mouth of a river and modeled on Venice (Italy).
